We cannot accept returns on products unless they are defective. We will exchange any product that malfunctions within 30 days from the date you received your order. If you have a defective item that needs to be replaced, please contact us so that we can arrange to ship you a new item.

We cannot accept returns on dvds, video or audio tapes unless they are in their original packaging with the seal unbroken. If a tape or dvd is defective, we will replace it with the same title.
We cannot accept returns on subscriptions or downloadable goods.
